Distraction is not only good at work but also while driving as they can cost your or others life while driving. Now a days it has been seen from the surveys that percentage of road accidents have increased due to loud music while driving, talking over phone, texting while driving etc… and many more things. So it’s better to follow certain important things while driving. Do not play loud music while driving, if you are using GPS for tracking or to check directions then park your vehicle and then check it. Park aside and talk over phone or text and the most important thing is keeping your phone in silent mode to avoid distraction.
